Being that Mengsk is the king of griefing/anti greifing, I was able to counter his backstab with converting laborers into troopers and rebuild quickly with cooperative building while I cleaned up his army. I think the expectations changed throughout Co-op’s lifetime. I had no idea it was them and only figured it out later on when he used his scout force to try and kill off my bases on the 2nd day while my army was clearing. I read through that thread and the story and then, a few days later I actually ran into that troll when I was doing stuff with Mengsk on DoN. Not too long ago, someone made a post about a Fenix player who was using mass scouts to troll/ruin games (kill allied workers/buildings, etc). It's unlikely that any of us will run into this guy and if we do, well. On top of all of that, warnings like this rarely work. On the flip side, despite best efforts, there are those who will begin bullying or harrassing people based off this kinda stuff, which is a tragedy, especially when the target of bullying is a false positive. This makes it really likely to run into a false positive situation (I mean, this is reddit, land of famously bad witch hunts, so no surprise I guess). The problem is that a username is not a good identifier because not only can they be changed, but they are also not necessarily unique either.Ī lot of people who have "anger issues" or like to troll often have multiple accounts too, specifically, to circumvent bans, silences, ignores, or bad reputations.
Maguro has designed some custom mutations to mimic a mini-campaign. Mutations add special modifiers to Co-op Missions, rewarding bonus experience.
